- Venue: On Street No. 15B – Nguyen Luong Bang Street’s extended street, Ward Phu My, District 7.
- The project’s precinct is: 108,091.6 m2, which is divided into 3 functional areas, including:
• Area I & Area III: used for apartments, commercial and service purposes.
• Area II: used to parks, landscape, entertainment and recreation purposes and acting as embankments protecting the bank of Phu Xuan River flowing around the project.
- Total building floor area: 519,107.91 m2, including 10 Blocks; in which:
• 09 Blocks used for Apartments and Educational areas (kindergartens).
• 01 Block used for commercial areas and other Services.
- Project height: 30 floors and 01 basement.
- Number of apartments: 3,162 apartments.
- Total project capital investment is about: 5.500 billion dong
- Investment forms: State’s land fund; the investor will self-advance the construction capital; after the completion of the project, the house fund whose value is equal to the amount the land area valued at the market price will be handed over to the Sate;
- Actual state: The project’s construction started on January 28, 2010 and was completed and put into use in December 2013.
