The Useful Apartment Project, which has just been invested by the Investor – the Compensation

 and Clearance Joint Stock General Corporation (a member of Duc Khai Joint Stock Company), was officially opened for the second sale on May 10, 2014 in the ground floor lobby of the apartment building. This project is a type of social housing apartments but reaches the standards of high-end apartments, whose prices only range from 800 million dong to 1.6 billion dong/apartment.

- On the occasion of the opening sale of the second phase, from May 10, 2014 to July 30, 2014, the Company applies a preferential program of "Building a small home to receive big gifts". Accordingly, the customers who pay 70% of the contract value will receive a housewarming gift which is: 01 Indesit 7-kilo washing machine (imported from Italy) and 01 multi-purpose kitchen set with a total value of VND 22.5 million. For customers who deposit right at the opening ceremony, they will receive a Kenwood multi-function handheld blender worth VND 4.3 million. In addition, the Company will present 20 gifts which include 2 Toshiba 1HP air conditioners worth 20 million VND for the first 20 customers owning an apartment worth from 1.45 billion VND. Customers who pay in one settlement before the deadline will be entitled to a payment discount equal to the 3-month term loan interest rate of BIDV at the time of payment applied for the prepayment amount.
