Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Permanent Office of the General Department of Security I and Department A70-A71

On the morning of September 21, 2012, the investor of the Compensation Clearance Corporation

(a member company of Duc Khai Joint Stock Company) in conjunction with the investor of the General Department of Security I held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of the Permanent Office of the General Department of Security I and Department A70-A71 at 258 Nguyen Trai, District 1, HCMC.

 

- In this project, the Compensation and Clearance General Corporation is appointed by the Prime Minister and the City People's Committee as an investor to implement the project under a: Build-Transfer contract (BT). 
 
- The project with a scale of over 39,000m2 of construction floor, including the following construction items: 2 11-16 high-rise buildings, internal roads and yards, flower gardens and other supplementary works. The estimated total investment is about VND 480 billion.  
 
- Possessing strong experience and financial capacity, the Compensation and Clearance General Corporation commits to complete the project on schedule with the highest construction quality.
