Official handover and employment of Zone 3 - Ky Nguyen Residential Area - The Era Town

- Implementing the Housing development program and the policy of investment socialization,

 raising funds for resettlement houses to serve key projects of the City by 2020. Responding to the abovementioned program and guidelines, Duc Khai Joint Stock Company has participated in a number of projects; in which, the Ky Nguyen Residential Area – the Era Town project commenced on January 28, 2010.
 
- After 3 years of construction, with a group of highly determined employees and Party members; and with the help and direction of various levels of city authorities and departments as well as the cooperation from partners and customers, design units, construction units; project management and supervision units; until April 30, 2013, the project was completed, handed over and Zone 3 (including about 1,268 apartments) was put into use. Zone 3 consists of 4 blocks of high-rise apartment buildings combined with other public services and was built on an area of 21,570m2. The construction density was only 32.5%. Among the blocks, 1 block of houses was handed over to the City for resettlement.
 

- At the same time, Duc Khai Joint Stock Company built thorough apartment takeover and management plans in order to prepare carefully when the apartment was officially put into operation and make sure that customers would be satisfied with all services provided by the Company.
