The Useful Apartment was officially handed over and put into use

On September 20, 2013, Duc Khai Joint Stock Company officially handed over 499 apartments in the Useful Apartment to the City. This project is a part of the housing fund for resettlers of key projects of the City.

 

- The Useful Apartment is located at the intersection of Lac Long Quan and Au Co streets - a prime location right in the administrative center of Tan Binh District. This is a stable residential area which has great potential for development as it is conveniently connected with downtown districts and other facilities such as Parkson Flemington Commercial Mall, Dam Sen Cultural Park, University of Technology, Trung Vuong Hospital etc. 
 
- The building consists of 2 17-storey blocks, 2 basements and 3 commercial floors on a total area of 6,713.9m2; the construction density is only 39.32%. The project’s utilities such as kindergartens, supermarkets, parks, etc. will create a comfortable and convenient life for its residents.
 
 
- This is among many projects implemented under a BT contract and transfer that Duc Khai Joint Stock Company has implemented. The total investment capital is nearly VND 500 billion. Accordingly, the Company will advance all of the construction capital; after completing the project, one part will be resold to the State and the other part will be used for business. 
 
- Despite the economic recession, the Company was well-prepared and made great efforts, so the project was successfully completed and handed over with the quality and progress as committed to the City as well as the Customers.
