Zone I - Ky Nguyen Residential Area - The Era Town was officially handed over and put into use

The Era Town is one of the projects that are highly appreciated by the people and thereby shows

 the determination of the investor - Duc Khai Joint Stock Company - in "blowing" a new wind into the resettlement residential area so that people can feel the investor’s enthusiasm in sharing benefits with the community, creating high quality housing products in the market in accordance with the Company’s motto and objectives which are " benefit share – responsible attachment – brand creation".

- The Company's strategic orientation is the determination to build a complete residential area for people living here to have a healthy, peaceful and comfortable living environment with full amenities, contributing to improving people’s living quality and abolishing the prejudices towards the belief that the living quality of the resettlement residential areas is not equal to that of other residential areas.
 
 
 
- After handing over and putting into use 4 apartment blocks of Zone 3 and receiving the appreciation of residents regarding the construction and service quality, from the end of 2013 until now, Duc Khai Joint Stock Company has gradually handed over about 1,400 apartments in Zone I.
 
- In addition to the apartment handover, the Company has completed the programs for apartment management, customer care, and community connection activities, etc. to further enhance the customers’ investment values.
