Official handover and employment of the R6 area of Binh Khanh Resettlement apartment building - District 2

- Implementing the City's policies in construction and development of creating housing funds for

low-income people, social housing fund and resettlement housing fund for social welfare service.
 
- Accordingly, Duc Khai Joint Stock Company was approved by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to be the investor of the housing project for low-income workers and houses to serve the social security work at 38.4ha Resettlement area in Binh Khanh Ward, District 2, Thu Thiem New urban area (referred to as Binh Khanh Resettlement Apartment for short).

 

- The project consists of 7 blocks with a maximum of 25 floors, including 1,080 apartments, with retail areas and supermarkets on the ground floor. The total investment capital is more than VND 1,200 billion. With the efforts and determination of the Company's staff, on April 15, 2014, the R6 area of Binh Khanh Resettlement Apartment Building was officially handed over and put into use. It was expected that in May 2014 the Company would continue to hand over the R7 area and the entire project. Thus, after a long time of construction, Binh Khanh Resettlement Apartment Building will proudly contribute to beautifying Thu Thiem Urban Area.
